The second stage is a total of 36 km and runs from Ulricehamn to Tranemo. The trail runs mainly on a car-free embankments and takes the visitor through a varied nature, along lakes, leafy hills and miles of forests. Along the section there are both sights, accommodation, restaurants and nice picnic areas.

In Ulricehamn you enjoy a cozy center with cobblestones, small shops and many nice restaurants and cafes. Here are several accommodation facilities and a beautiful cold bath house with restaurant, massage and the opportunity to swim in Lake Åsunden.

The 36 km long stage from Ulricehamn to Tranemo then goes mainly on embankments and takes you through a varied nature with lake views, leafy hills and miles of forests. The stage runs parallel to the Sjuhäradsrundan trail, and it is possible to follow these signs all the way to Tranemo.

Shortly after Marbäck, the visitor passes Korpeboberg's deciduous forests. The nature reserve consists of deciduous forest areas concentrated around the farms Näsboholm, Kärrabo and Korpebo. It is a fantastic view and rest area with benches, tables and barbecue facilities. The Åsundenleden hiking trail also runs here

In Vegby there is a campsite and swimming area. If you are hungry for shopping, you can make a detour in the other direction to Gällstad. In the small town with solid textile history, you will find both exciting upstarts and internationally renowned classics in the shops.

In the community Månstad, the cycle path passes the "center", which mainly consists of beautiful agricultural landscapes and farms. At the station area you can have a coffee in the barbecue hut or walk to a beautiful miniature room. From Månstad, a detour to Hofsnäs Herrgård and Torpa stone houses (6 km and 11 km from the trail) is recommended. Here you will find accommodation close to the lake and food in a fantastic environment with a very interesting history and nice hiking trails. Torpa stone house is one of Sweden's best preserved manors from the 16th century. Experience the unique architecture and exciting stories at the castle.

On the way to Tranemo, the trail passes the Skårtebo nature reserve, with several short hiking trails and rest areas. It also passes Opensten, which was a medieval defense fortress dating from the 13th century.

In the town of Limmared, the well-known Absolut bottle is manufactured, among other things, and here is Sweden's oldest glassworks in operation. Here is Glasets Hus with a large glass exhibition, glassblowing and restaurant / café.
