The third section of the trail stretches from Tranemo to Fegen and offers 60 km of beautifully winding roads in a varied nature. Here you can experience dressage cycling, historical sights and Fegen's beautiful nature. From Tranemo down to Ambjörnarp, follow the old embankment. South of Ambjörnarp, the trail mostly runs on beautifully winding country roads with little traffic, mostly asphalt but a few shorter sections with gravel.

Next to Lake Tranemo, nestled in beautiful nature, is the town of Tranemo. There are several accommodations, restaurants and grocery stores to choose from. All around there are fishing areas, lovely bathing spots and several nature experiences.

From Tranemo down to Ambjörnarp, follow the embankment. South of Ambjörnarp, the trail then mostly runs on beautifully winding country roads with little traffic, on both asphalt and gravel. Keep in mind that this part of the cycle path may be less suitable for small children, even if the roads are low-traffic.

In Ambjörnarp, there is dressage cycling to Sjötofta on the old railway line. In Sjötofta, a bit to the south, there is a stately burial ground with 3 judges' rings. It is seen as one of Sjuhäradsbygden's most beautiful and best preserved. In Sjötofta center there is also Hembygdsparken with benches, tables and a barbecue. In the spring, it is possible to view a sea of daffodils in Fagerås.

Barely 12 kilometers from Sjötofta you reach Håcksvik, an active small village. If you get hot along the way, take the opportunity to take a dip in Skäremosjön. In Håcksvik you can find flea markets at Siggeberg's flea market or why not stop for a round of mini golf? Here is B&B Parksäter which also has a small café. In Håcksvik you head east towards Skyarp where Påarps Gård is located, a accommodation facility with farm hotels, cottages, nature camping and food service in a beautiful environment as well as many activities such as fishing, canoeing, swimming and pentathlon.

Further south, the cycle path passes Gammalsjö mill and Kummeludden's burial ground. Gammalsjö mill is a toll mill from 1850 with a very large mill wheel of 7 meters in diameter that is always open. Kummeludden by Gammalsjö Säteri is an Iron Age burial ground in a light beech forest. Stop here and follow the small paths along the lake shore, take a break on a bench with fabulous views of Fegen and feel the wings of history.

After this, the bike path now makes a short detour from Lake Fegen and you meet Kalvsjön which is located by the village Kalv. There are many options for you who plan to spend the night in the area. If you turn right at the intersection and make a detour just a few kilometers from the trail, you will find a grocery store, Kalv's family campsite and Kalv's schoolhouse, which today has been converted into a hostel. Kalv offers kayaking and fishing opportunities and you will also find a swimming area. Twenty minutes by bike you will find the Hemma accommodation in Klev, where you can enjoy breakfast on locally produced goods and live in the historic 17th-century inn. If you follow the trail directly, you will soon meet Lake Fegen again, which is a beautiful nature reserve with excellent paddling opportunities.

On the way south towards Fegen's community, you pass Backa Loge, which offers accommodation all year round and good food in its café (open during the summer). Just south of Backa Loge is Joarsbo farm shop which has a selection of locally produced. In the yard there is also the possibility to rent a cottage right on the beach.
